to make sure that you get EVERY deduction possible. Be sure to go over our
special list of additional expenses at the end to make sure you haven't left
anything out.
After you complete the Checklist, either mail it or fax it to

If you're not sure if a particular expense is deductible, just
write it in at the end - we'll take off everything possible!
We request a deposit of $200 for each year with only W-2 income
and $300 for each year with 1099 income. We take the following forms of
